Stevie A. McHugh is a published songwriter and newspaper columnist.  Her poetry credits include Lily, Texas Poetry Calendar 2008 and 2009, and Sol Magazine.  She has had short stories published with Xulon Press in I’ll Be Home For Christmas and with B.A.W.L. in That Thing You Do, Too.  Stevie also wrote and hosted a television show for young people, called No Fear.  Stevie’s column The Ready Writer was published in the newsletter of B.A.W.L. from November 2005 through July 2007, when she began serving as president of the writers group.  Stevie is a speaker who enjoys leading poetry workshops for young people.
